why does my item not look exactly like the image on the website?
all products are made by hand with individually sourced materials. although we do our best to ensure all items are as similar to those viewed online, due to the handmade nature of the products all items may vary slightly, making each item individually unique! any organic materials used naturally vary with nature.
how long does a product take to be made to order?
all items unless stated otherwise are made with love by hand to order. please allow 7-14 business days (if not sooner) for your order to be created from the date of purchase.how do i check the status of my order?
once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a postal tracking number. if you have not received this email, please feel free to contact us and we will check on the status of your order.
delivery times may vary during peak and holiday periods. please also see our notice regarding covid-19.

what if my product(s) are damaged upon arrival?
please email us right away with your order number at the top of the email so we can address this for you!
i never received my package. what should i do?
if you do not receive your package after a reasonable period of time, please contact us. we are not responsible for packages once they have been turned over to a carrier for delivery to your shipping address. however, we are happy to contact the carrier to make inquiries regarding your package.
we are not able to refund or replace stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. please ensure your delivery address and details are correct.
can i return my purchase for a full refund?
all unused full-priced merchandise can be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. items must be returned in original condition and packaging in order to receive credit.
